Trainings

The OT101 is an intensive training that will give you the skills and tools you need to build an organizing committee at your workplace. You will learn what constitutes a union, how to have one-on-one conversations with coworkers, the basics of labor law, and how to organize and carry out direct actions.

This training is part of the IWW’s famous series of Organizer Trainings. Unlike many other unions, the IWW seeks to empower workers to become their own organizers capable of leading struggles on the job and winning gains for themselves.
