The Los Angeles IWW is hosting a hybrid Organizer Training 101 in July! The OT101 is an intensive training that will give you the skills and tools you need to build an organizing committee at your workplace. You will learn what constitutes a union, how to have one-on-one conversations with coworkers, the basics of labor law, and how to organize and carry out direct actions. Attendees are expected to attend all 3 sessions.

• Day 1: Tuesday, July 7th, 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Online)

• Day 2: Thursday, July 9th, 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Online)

• Day 3: Saturday, July 11th, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (IN-PERSON)
